Functional Indications
Hormonal drugs. Intravenous or intramuscular injection of physiological doses of goserelin causes a significant increase in plasma luteinizing hormone and a mild increase in follicle stimulating hormone, promoting the maturation and ovulation of oocytes in female animal ovaries or the development of testes and sperm formation in male animals.
After intramuscular injection, cows are rapidly absorbed at the injection site and quickly metabolized into inactive fragments in the plasma, which are excreted through urine.
Promote the release of follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone from animal pituitary gland for the treatment of ovarian dysfunction, induction of synchronous estrus, and timed insemination.
Usage And Dosage
Intramuscular injection. 1. Cows: Once diagnosed with ovarian dysfunction, cows begin the Ovsynch program and induce estrus around 50 days postpartum.
The Ovsynch program is as follows: On the day of starting the program, inject 1-2ml of this product into each head. On the 7th day, inject 0.5mg of chloroprostol sodium. After 48 hours, inject the same dose of this product again. After another 18-20 hours, ejaculate.
2. Cow: Used to treat ovarian dysfunction, promote estrus and ovulation, inject 1-2ml of this product.
