Functional Indications

This product has a strong dissolving effect on the corpus luteum, which can quickly cause luteal regression and inhibit its secretion; It also has a direct excitatory effect on uterine smooth muscle, which can cause uterine smooth muscle contraction and cervical relaxation. For animals with normal sexual cycles, estrus usually occurs within 2-5 days after treatment. It has a strong ability to dissolve the corpus luteum and directly excite uterine smooth muscle, mainly used to control estrus synchronization in cows and induce delivery in pregnant sows.

Usage And Dosage

Intramuscular injection: one dose, 2-3ml for cattle; 0.5-1ml for pigs, on days 112-113 of pregnancy.
